These terms apply when you order from Studio Beloved through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy, which explains how we handle your data.

You confirm that you own the photos you upload (or have permission to use them) and that using them to create your portrait doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We use your photos only to create your portrait and to fulfil your order.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when your payment is confirmed and you receive your order confirmation email, at which point a contract is formed between us. If we can't fulfil an order — for example, because a photo can't be used to create a portrait — we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery options are shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Every portrait is made to order in Britain. Because each piece is personalised, production begins shortly after your order is placed — see our returns policy for cancellation and refund details.

Delivery options and timescales are described on our shipping page. Risk in your order passes to you on delivery.

When your portrait is complete, you may use it for personal purposes: display it, gift it, share it on your own social media. You may not resell it or use it commercially without our written permission. You keep all rights in your original photos.

We're responsible to you for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or our liability for fraud. We're not responsible for losses that aren't a foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses if you buy as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you place it.
