Studio Beloved creates personalised pet portraits. We are the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at any time through the contact options on our site.

We collect the details you give us: your email address (for saved portraits and accounts), your photos (used only to create your portrait), and your order details (items, delivery address, payment status). Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Like most websites, we also receive standard technical data about your visit: pages viewed, the actions you take (such as adding to cart or completing a purchase), an approximate location derived from your IP address, and your browser and device type.

We use the Meta Pixel, a piece of code from Meta Platforms (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It records pages you view and actions you take — such as saving a portrait, adding to cart, beginning checkout, and completing a purchase — so we can measure how well our ads perform and improve them.

Data involved: pages and actions on this site, your IP address, device and browser information, and approximate location. Recipient: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (for users in Europe) and Meta Platforms Inc (US). Purposes: advertising measurement and ad optimisation. Meta may combine this with other data it holds about you under its own terms.

In the UK and EEA we ask for your consent before the Pixel runs, through the banner shown when you first visit. If you reject, the Pixel is not loaded and no advertising measurement takes place. In countries that do not require consent, measurement runs without a banner; you can still opt out — see below.

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser with the date you decided and the notice you saw. You can change or withdraw it at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of this site. Withdrawing consent applies immediately: no further advertising measurement is sent.

You can also control advertising cookies through your browser settings, and manage Meta's use of your data via your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences and the "Off-Facebook activity" settings.

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounts, tax and warranty purposes. Cookie consent records and generated portraits follow the saving period shown when you save a portrait (currently seven days), after which they are removed.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion, and object to marketing at any time. UK residents may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); EEA residents to their local data protection authority.
