Standard delivery is free on every order, every size. The price you see is the price you pay.

If you'd like your portrait sooner, Express delivery is available at checkout as an optional upgrade. Express orders are prioritised in production and use a faster delivery service.

Every portrait is made to order in Britain — we don't hold stock, so there's a short production time before your piece is dispatched. We'll email you again with tracking as soon as it's on its way to you.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice a mistake after ordering, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible — if your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually update it.

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. If a tracking link hasn't arrived, check your junk folder first, then message us on WhatsApp with your order number (it starts with SB).
